Aldo & Cherie Pezzelato - Pezzelato Farms

A Third generation Tablelands farmer Aldo nurtures crops of chilli, eggplants, sugar cane, peanuts, tropical grass, hay and maize.

Aldo, his wife Cherie with daughter Macy & son Colby will continue to find innovative ways to improve the quality and yield to deliver the best produce the Tablelands can offer.

2017 will bring the additional facility to the Tablelands with the installation of a washing plant onsite providing the region with an “A GRADE” wash & packing facility. This will reduce handling, transportation costs and assist in reducing Aldo’s carbon footprint.

Water from the wash plant will be recycled to suitable crops through his irrigation system rather than the water sent direct to wastage.

Aldo & Cherie will continue to work with The Fang Group around further crops and opportunities the future presents.


Luigi Garozzo – Total Food Network, Cairns Queensland

Total Food Network have been supplying Far North Queensland’s finest produce for a number of years, Lui is a second generation ingredient and food supplier.

The Total Food Network team work with Far North Queensland farmers assisting them to bring their crops to market locally, nationally and internationally.

Under the guidance of Lui Garozzo the team supply Queensland (Cairns & Brisbane), Port Moresby & Lae with essential ingredients to service their hotel, clubs, cafe and stores.

Lui is supported by a customer focused team with Giovanni Battiato leading the relationship with The Fang Group & Fang’s Chilli Sauce.
