Ingredients

  • 100ml balsamic vinegar or white vinegar (your preference)
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp seeded mustard
  • 1 tsp fresh garlic
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp FCS
  • 1/2 squeezed lemon
  • Cracked black pepper

METHOD

Place all ingredients into a blender for about 1min .
Pour into your favourite salad dressing bottle !

Depending on what your cuisine
If you want to add a big hit of freshness
Prior to serving
Put aside some dressing and add a selection of your favourite fresh herbs to marriage up with the cuisine.
