Marinade with FANG’S CHILLI SAUCE

Real food 4 real people….. ?
( fillets , thighs, wings , drumsticks ) steam , grill , bake , slow cook
Chicken 4 chicken fillets
1 tbsp Coconut oil
1 stalk Lemongrass ( chopped fine )
15 leaves Fresh coriander ( much as you like )
5 leaves Thai basil
1 tsp Garlic ( fresh )
1 tsp Ginger ( fresh )
1 tbsp Coconut sugar
1 tsp Fish sauce
1 tbsp FCS
add all ingredients together rub over chicken , marinate for 1 -2 hours .
Ready for you to cook the way you like !
6 fresh fillets ( your choice )
3 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp fresh garlic
1/2 tsp FCS
1 tsp white wine (I prefer sweet) but what ever you have .
1 tsp Parsley chopped
Salt n pepper to taste .
Melt butter in microwave , pan on low heat , remove and add Wine , FCS , parsley , garlic .
Gently rub over fillets ( rest for 5 -10 min )
On a low heat , Grill , pan fry until fish is cooked
Add salt n pepper to taste if required !
Sprinkle with parsley and a squeeze of lemon or lime when serving .
