Splash offers an array of choice of seafood for all tastes and budgets fresh from the sea, as well as an extensive menu for non-fish diners.  

The Splash team shuck fresh oysters onsite, with a number of fresh fish and seafood delights caught directly from the owners own fishing fleet. Only the highest quality seafood makes the plate at Splash, with fishing heritage of Queensland and Northern Territory coastline for three generations.    

Cooking with Megan, Malcolm and the Splash team in July left us wanting more.

The Splash team have been instrumental in working with sample bottles, challenging themselves to think outside of the square and create truly magical dishes.

Brent’s Blender-a-ramma

• 1 Banana
• ¼ cup Frozen Mixed Berries or berries in season
• ½ cup Coconut Water or Water
• 1 Tablespoon Natural Yoghurt
• ½ Teaspoon Cacao Powder
• ¼ cup Almond Milk
• Tablespoon Kapai Puku Seeds
• ½ Teaspoon Fang’s Chilli Sauce
• Add all ingredients to a blender and blend
• Add more milk, coconut water for the consistency you like. Enjoy

Reece’s Rejuvenate & Cleanse

• 1 Celery Stick
• ½ Carrot (skin on)
• ¼ cup Mango fresh or cubed frozen
• ½ Apple (skin on), no seed
• 1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
• Pinch of mint leaves
• ½  cup of water
• ½ Teaspoon Fang’s Chilli Sauce
• Add all ingredients to a blender and blend
• Add more water or juice for the consistence you like. Enjoy
• Note – Make your own mix with fruit you enjoy or in season

Maurice and Nellie are food icons of the East Keilor area sharing food with the community for over 15 years, first through a successful deli and now hosts of The Long Macc Café & La Farina Pizza.

Maurice has been at the forefront of Fang’s Chilli Sauce trials, modifying dishes and incorporating Fang’s into the menu at The Long Macc, with Fang’s also being added to the delicious pizzas at La Farina.

Maurice and Nellie’s support of the Fang’s Chili Sauce brand over the past year through honest feedback, advice in aspects of business, fostering relationships and sharing contacts is truly appreciated.   

Maurice is always available for a chat, quick coffee, mentoring session or just a shoulder to lean on. We a proud to have him as our friend.
